Fujifilm has launches the Frontier LP9700 silver halide Minilab, a new printer that has been developed to meet even the most demanding of photo printing environments.
With information provided by market research firm Futuresource suggesting that the photo prints market could be worth £328m by 2024, the company believes the new Minilab will provide a dependable machine that ‘delivers high speed processing without compromising quality.’
The printer can process photo prints between 6 x 4in and 12 x 10in at a rate of up to 2117 prints per hour. It is able to produce prints from images taken from any device, including panoramas, square prints, collages, calendars and cards.
Leyton Prosser, group technical manager at Fujifilm UK, commented on the launch. ‘Now more than ever, consumers are purchasing a greater amount of a wider array of photo print products,’ he said. ‘The introduction of the new Frontier LP9700 silver halide Minilab enables busy photographic labs to exceed their customer expectations in terms of high-speed performance coupled with outstanding print quality.
‘This latest generation silver halide Minilab from Fujifilm aims to ensure photo labs have the best possible photo printing equipment in their businesses to deliver the image processing and exceptionally high-quality output to help support the future growth of their photo printing business.’
